I’ll ask for you to write a list of questions for your session.
All sessions are conducted over Zoom that you can freely check – in for your session. After your session i will send you a link to download your recording.
Sessions are typically 3 – 4 hours depending on your exploration, questions and healing. You will need a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, where you can comfortably lay down and be in peace. A good internet connection, a Laptop, microphone/ earphones with mic peice inbuilt.
The session starts with a interview where we will get to know each other and together set a intention for your session of the questions you would like to explore.
Then we go on a exploration where i guide you into a deep relaxed state (Theta Brain Wave), and your higher consciouseness. This is where the magical journey begins. Past Life/ lives, Current Life, Future Life, Healing who knows what your journey entails , you just never know. Thats the magic of it as your Higher Self consciousness
knows where you need to go.
As an added bonus, I will create a Crystal Reiki Grid for
your session. Reiki energy will amplify the crystals with Sacred geometry and your intentions for your session.

Flower Essence is flower energy vibration , which is drawn from the plant in natural spring water by sitting in the sun, creating flower tincture. It works by bringing up the issues or feelings that need to be worked on by yourself to help move you in a a positive direction and self heal. When you take the essence your journey will begin by bringing up the emotions that you wish to look at and help turn them into a positive.
Holistic therapy is the key to successful Flower Essence usage, i will work with you to determine what essence is right for you.
This is your personal journey and its up to you how far you would like to go.
